Return Policy
Only exchanges and store credit will be given, no refunds. Defective items may be exchanged for the identical item only. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line to initiate a return.

Return policy is (7) days after receipt of shipment so please make sure you open your package immediately or if gifting to relay the message.

Item(s) must be in new condition you received it in with all tags, labels, and/or original packaging intact and undamaged. Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, makeup, odors, smoke, perfumes, pet hair, and any other signs of use.

Only regular priced in stock items may be returned for store credit or exchanged. Sale, clearance, custom order, pre order items, bodysuits and gift certificates are sold as-is and all sales are final.

A copy of the packing slip/receipt must accompany all returns, with a notation regarding if you wish to receive store credit or are exchanging for a different size. If exchanging, indicate the item(s) you wish to receive, including size.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, as are shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us via a carrier of your choosing. If exchanging, the second shipment from us to you will be free of charge.

Store Credit: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you regarding the return status. If approved, we will email you a discount code for the amount of credit you receive.

We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once your package leaves our studio and is at the carrier location. Be sure to look over your shipping address before proceeding, especially if you are using PayPal as we can not change your shipping address or send it to a different location. Entering the correct shipping address is the responsibility of you, the purchaser.

Made To Order and Pre Order Items are subject to a No Return, No Exchange policy but if there was a mistake on our behalf we will gladly fix it. Please contact us within (7) days.

Pre Order Items are orders open for a specific item for a specific time frame. This order will then be ordered from our distributors, manufactures or warehouses and be shipped to us, to which we then package it up and ship it to you. These items are LIMITED, and are only ordered for you, with the minimal selection of In Stock items for in-house or retail use at a later date. As such Pre Order Items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE and will have a much longer time frame to get to you.
